About Me

My path to IT started with customer service—years in a busy retail environment teaching me how to handle different people and solve problems under pressure. That foundation shaped how I approach every technical interaction: clear communication, patience, and a focus on making things easier for the people I support.

I built a hands-on IT foundation through formal study in computer engineering technology, earning certifications in CompTIA A+, Security+, and cloud platforms. My career progressed from frontline support to leading endpoint deployments at scale for 700+ users using Intune and Autopilot.

Today, I specialize in endpoint management and user environments in large organizations. I maintain a robust home lab and build personal projects with AWS, Terraform, and infrastructure as code, driven by a passion to design and scale the infrastructure behind the systems.
